Ordering

1. Return and Exchange

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

We try our best to do quality check for each of our items, but in case you have received the wrong item/package or damaged items due to manufacturer error please contact us at ficklewishla@gmail.com within one week (7 days) of receiving your package.

 

2. Cancellation 

Orders can be cancelled prior to being shipped out. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your invoice number. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order, based on the following criteria:

- Paypal Errors: Y
our name AND address must match on both your PayPal account and delivery information. We will notify you via both phone and email to fix this issue. (NOTE: e-mails may end up in your Junk folder, please check). Customers will then have 48 hours to contact us to correct the information. If we do not receive any replies, the order will be cancelled.

- Out of Stock Items: Occasionally we will be unable to fulfill complete orders. We will notify you via phone and e-mail (NOTE: e-mails may end up in your Junk folder, please check) about the availability of out of stock items. If we don’t hear any response from you within 48 hours, we will be forced to cancel your order.

3. International Orders

If you are located outside the United States, please email us directly at ficklewishla@gmail.com if there are any items you are interested in purchasing.

4. Payments

We accept payment via PayPal. The name AND address on your PayPal account MUST match your delivery information. We are only allowed to ship to the shipping address shown on the PayPal transaction page.

5. Packages and Delivery 

Delivery times vary by location, but all domestic packages generally require 2-5 days to deliver.
International packages vary by country. All orders will have tracking numbers that can be checked at USPS.com.

FAQS

  • What is the sizing for your clothes?

The Japanese brands that we carry often only have one "free" size option. Despite this, there is a large variety of sizes and fit between each item and brand. We list the US sizing equivalent on our website so you may have a better idea of how an item might fit. Measurements are approximate for each clothing item, so if you have any concerns about size or fit, please email us at ficklewishla@gmail.com.

  • Are your items from independent artists?

Some of our artists goods are handmade and designed by independent artists. Since they are made by one person or a small studio, we have a very limited stock. Once something is sold out, we might have to wait a couple of months to restock the same design. We might not even get the same item again based on the artist discontinuing that design or for any other number of reasons.

 

Color and size might differ slightly compared to the product photo. Our measurements are approximate. If you have any questions, please email us. 

  • I want something that I saw on social media but not on the online store. Can I still purchase it? 

If you are interested in an item, especially if it is not sold online, you may contact us through email or phone to hold your item for you in store for 24 hours, or we can ship it to you.  If you want to pick up your item in store, we will be required to have your name and phone number so we may call you before your 24 hours end. If we can not contact you, the item will be taken off hold.
